There is no “correct” interpretation for art. There is what the artist intended but that can be drastically different based upon personal experiences D is incorrect

B is incorrect because again, both do not have the same experiences no matter the time so A is also incorrect

C, one may say “it’s to let go of worries” others might think it’s fun, when in reality it was a tribute to the artist’s dog and wanted to capture a moment. Showing a sculpture without any background or knowledge of intent means people come up with their own conclusions through experience and outside knowledge.
