because WE ( being the actors) go out into the world making our on way of getting know  (like on a stage or performance's ) and being able to experience something fun.

bc the author is emphasising the importance of kinetic v/ potential energy, the answer could be D) comparision and contrast, but that has nothing to do with the wheels themselves. (actually there is no <span>mention</span> of wheels at all in the whole paragraph, so idk maybe it is D.)
