Senate in Congress. For years the United States has let immigrants from the Middle Eastern country Syria make their home within the country. Today, the United States is involved in a conflict inside the country of Syria. Many people, including some within the government, are afraid that some of the Syrian immigrants currently calling the United States home will cause trouble or even attack the country from the inside. In the position that you are in as the President of the United States, what would you do in this situation?

  • After the national road was built, they later on started making railroad tracks, but had to stop, due to budget problems.
  • in 1816 when the second national bank was invented, tariffs taxed imported goods at a 25% rate. American consumers noticed that the the cost of their goods increased drastically.

<u>Physical Obstacles: Transportation </u>

  • One of Henry Clay's struggles while;e having the American System, was transportation.
  • During the early 1800's, cars and trains were not invented yet
  • People traveled by horse or carriage, pulled by cattle or horses
  • The terrain and different land regions that traders and travelers faced were difficult, especially ground that was wet and muddy.

Your date chart must have to be like an arrow. At the begining, put the farest date with some globals informations. Then, do an increasing chart, where you have to be proportional with the times and the length. At the end you will have the earliest date (like nowadays).
