So, yes, if my assumption is correct, then it's true!

Immigration is the process of transporting people from one country to a different country. Culture is what people do in one land that is different from others. So, immigration affects culture by "when immigrants are transported to another country they will be introduce to a NEW culture which would change their whole way of life."
