After the attacks of September 11, 2001, the United States demanded that Afghanistan’s Taliban government turn over Osama bin

Laden. All international troops immediately withdraw from the Middle East. Al-Qaeda release the names of those responsible for the attacks. All forms of travel stop until tighter security was in place.

In conclusion, the U.S. demanded Osama Bin Laden after 9/11.
