The question of whether Madison would define a corporation as a faction is:

 • Yes, he would define modern corporations as factions.

Federalist No. 10

This was a historical essay written by James Madison as the tenth issue in the Federalist Papers which was written in favour for the ratification of the American Constitution.

With this in mind, Madison saw factions as group of people with shared interests, most especially financial ones as they come together to gain advantage for themselves over others.

What personal touches can you add to your outlines which make creating and studying from them easier?
lina2011 [118]

If you're talking about an outline for a paper, you can add in little notes and thoughts that come to you while you're writing it. I know an outline's only supposed to be a rough plan without lots of detail, but if you have a really great idea for your wording or an example to use or something, you can totally add that in. If you're just talking about a study sheet, you can do the same thing: add in little mnemonic devices that help you remember the information. It can be anything. Like, if the reading made you think of something from your own life, write that down, it may help you retain the information.

Obviously, don't waste a lot of time with this, but the formatting can really help. Highlighting the headings and making sure to include enough space for readabilty is important.

I'm not really an expert, but I hope I could help!

Which passage is an example of inductive reasoning?
Galina-37 [17]

Answer is A. Marco believes that cowboy boots are cool. He sees many people on the street wearing them and decides to buy a pair for himself.

Inductive reasoning is the opposite of deductive reasoning. On one side, deductive reasoning begins with a general statement or idea, then evaluates and analyses the chances to arrive to a logical conclusion. On the other, inductive reasoning creates wide generalizations based on particular observations. Basically, there is information, and then conclusions are made based on that information.

In the case of Marco, he makes a particular observation (many people wear boots on the street), and then arrives to a conclusion (he assumes that boots are cool), so he decides to go with that (he buys himself a pair of boots).
