Before 1942, Chinese military force fought against Japan in Southeastern Asia with British soldiers. But within the borders of China, only Chinese military force, nobody else. Until 1945, when the war was heading to the end, former Soviet Union troops participated in wiping Japanese from the northeast of China. We should not forget that a big number of American volunteer pilots joined the efforts of Chinese government in protecting the flight routes between Chongqing, temporary capital of China, and international supplies. Most of them were cargo flight pilots. Chinese people called them "Flying Tiger".

Was everyone in the Spanish colonies angry for the smae reasons
AleksAgata [21]

No. Society in the Spanish colonies was divided into a complex system of Castes. The peninsulares, i.e. Spaniards arrived from the Iberic Peninsula, were at the top, while the natives and black slaves were at the bottom, in the middle were the Criollos (children of Spanish parents but born in the Americas) and the Mestizos (children of a Spanish parent with a native) were in the middle. Each caste was angry for different reasons, the ones at the bottom (black and native slaves) wanted freedom, while criollos and mestizos wanted to be allowed into positions of power.

What did the term Grantism refer to?
raketka [301]

The term Grantism is political corruption and greed in government. The term was coined in a speech by Massachusetts Senator Charles Sumner on May 31, 1872, a Presidential election year to encompass the shady dealings that were rampant during the Grant administration. And yes, I did copy this from google. I hope I helped ;).
