The Brixton riots of 1995 began on 13 December after the death of a black 26-year-old, Wayne Douglas, in police custody. Douglas had allegedly robbed a couple in bed at knifepoint hours earlier. Trouble broke out after what had been a peaceful protest outside the Brixton Police Station where the death occurred.
Interest driven government are able to respond to the different needs of different groups and people and its hence responsive to the course of society. It also encourages competition among different groups thus creating an environment for democracy to thrive.
There is however one single most challenge emanating from a pluralistic government. the problem emanates from the conditions of a political culture that is rampant with apathy and ignorance. This implies that only a few people are involved in interest groups and thus power tend to concentrate in a minority, impeding on democracy. This makes a representative democracy the best form of government as the people can always vote the reps out.

The tropical wet and dry climate type is characterized for having two seasons, one is full of rains during summer and the other one is wet during winter. Very strong winds can appear because of the temperature of the sea during spring leading to intense rains, ranging from tropical storms to hurricanes. The savanna dominates this climate with gramineae predomination and open spaces for herbivores. The vegetation tends to be xerophilous because it needs to pass the dry season with almost no water.
