Basically you can’t use someone’s photo to earn money without consent, you’re exploiting without permission. On top of that usually people will request things like a percent of earnings based upon how often it’s used or an appropriate amount to essentially buy the rights for you to use their face on that advertisement.

You can avoid this by either blurring out the face (covering their face in some way) OR by asking for permission to use their face
