Whats the best way to fall alseep?

Falling asleep in fetal position. (opinion?)

Why?

The fetal position has loads of benefits. Not only is it great for lower back pain or pregnancy, sleeping in the fetal position can help reduce snoring.

There are many ways to fall asleep but you may have to find which best for you ! Some people find taking vitamins and medicines to help them fall asleep as other may find drinking tea,background noises and counting sheep easier to fall asleep !
