Molodets [167]

Paulo Coelho’s intended audience are young adults and the existentially challenged. He writes stories about redemption, forgetting one’s past and discovering one’s destiny, or “personal legend”, which is part of his motto. He also creates challenges in his stories that most readers can relate to.
