Answer:

If Hamlet was my friend I would advice him to be honest and make wise choices. I would also encourage him to follow his heart in making his decisions, but be careful not to make the wrong one. Hamlet is in love with Ophelia. He should not let his past affect his relationship with her.

Which line from the selection should be deleted in order to make the review consistent and well-written? A. "Paws and heels dig
LuckyWell [14K]

Answer:

B.

Explanation:

In a review titled 'Cork Floors, Yes or No?' the reviewer or the author preferably reviews that the customers should opt for cork flooring as it is eco-friendly and many people are vouching for this product.

The line that can be deleted to make the review consistent is option B. The line is repeating the information and is informal in tone. So, this line can be removed to make the review consistent and well-written.

Therefore, option B is correct.

Read the excerpt from "As Good as Gold." What does the excerpt show about the historical context of the story?
Drupady [299]

There were no roads or automobiles in the area.

It's clear through the passage that there are no paved roads or cars to get the miners from place to place. They had to carry all of their gear and supplies through dangerous trails by foot, only being able to travel a certain amount each day.

Was the argument put forth by the plaintiffs valid? check all of the correct boxes.
aliya0001 [1]

The correct answer are

B) The premises are likely to be true.

C)  The premises reinforce, or support, the conclusion.

D) The conclusion follows logically from the premises.

When the premises serve to support the conclusion's accuracy and effectiveness in a reasonable manner, the argument is said to be valid.

Options B, C, and D would all be acceptable arguments presented by the plaintiffs. Because there is a risk that they may be erroneous as well (as in inductive reasoning).

"The premises are likely to be true," Because the premises and conclusion are inversely related if the premises support the conclusion, it is regarded as true, and if not, the opposite is true.

Because the conclusion follows the premises logically, it is also known as a chain of reasoning. As a result, answers B, C, and D are appropriate.
