Answer:

I think lots of people especially disabled people. Also, how would we be born if we had no doctors and nurses running the hospital? If there were no nurses or doctors. Our mom can't give birth cause she doesn't exist. I think it would be super hard a lot of us would stink. Also, I think everyone would have a shorter life span than we do today maybe people would die before they could have kids. Maybe we would eat grass or the closest thing we could find. Then that would also cause a lot of deaths because babies would choke on things trying to put things in their mouth then there are no parents telling them not to. If I had no parents I would do whatever I wanted to do but my parents always would say no. To end it, I think I may have been super bad if I never had my parents.

Why does King use this allusion? to appeal to his critics’ intellect to define democratic principles to commemorate a famous lea
azamat

The allusion means to provide a hint for something indirectly without saying. In the excerpt, Martin Luther King used allusion to appeal to the intellect of his critics.

What is an allusion?

An allusion is the figure of speech that is used by writers or speakers when they don't want to directly speak or tell the actual thing, then allusions are used to indirectly point out the thing or covey the message indirectly.

In the given excerpt the King uses the phrase like "king of tension" as the allusion. They are used to set up bonding with the critics on an academic level. This was done to demonstrate them for defending the nonviolent actions by the people.

Therefore, to appeal to his critic's intellects the King uses allusions in the excerpt.

Nadusha1986 [10]

Answer:

A Conditioned stimulus.

Explanation:

'A Conditioned stimulus' is elucidated as the stimulus that was previously neutral eventually leads to evoke a learned response with training. Such a stimulus is contradictory to unconditioned or naturally occurring stimulus which triggers a specific response naturally while the former elicits a response through learning from the various factors.

As per the question, the 'opening of refrigerator' exemplifies a 'conditioned stimulus' as it evokes a learned response from the 'dog' as it runs to the kitchen every time 'refrigerator is opened'. Therefore, 'it demonstrates a conditioned stimulus' as Jasmine learns with time that 'every time the door is opened, he gets some food'.
