Answer:

I think we all have a beautiful place in our mind. I have a wonderful place that made me happy a lot of times, years ago. But sometimes I think that I am the only person who likes this place and I'm asking myself if this place will be as beautiful as I thought when I will go back to visit it again. Perhaps I made it beautiful in my mind. This place is meaningful to me because it is part of the county I loved, is part of the county where I grew up and is part of my childhood. This place is in the country in an old region named Appalachia, a small piece of the Appalachian Mountains, in a town named Pikeville.Pikeville is a polluted town because of the coal industry. People live in apartment or condominium buildings because of its little space available. I grew up in one of the many buildings in Pikeville admiring from my bedroom window the beauty of the mountains, always exploring with my eyes the forest or the meadows, looking for a clean and quiet place. And, I found one on a hill in the back of the town. It is about 100 feet square, it has seven old trees, wild flowers and a lot of bugs and ants during summer time.I used to go there to sit down on a rock and watch the town and my trees. There was a very old tree, a maple tree, with a huge trunk. The others were smaller, three in the back, three on my left side and the old maple tree on my right. There were flowers, many kinds, white, yellow, purple and blue. It was nobody's place. Nobody owned that hill, but it was beautiful and peaceful and I dreamed many times about a white house over there.

I think that, these kinds of places are meaningful to people because they are natural and people can be there alone, away from their everyday life.

Answer:

A beautiful place to visit would be Angel Falls, Venezuela. I have no words to describe how beautiful that looks. When I saw the waterfall falling I closed my eyes and I could actually think and hear the birds chirping, the wind blowing, and the water falling. I smelled the fresh air and I could think about everything and be calm at the same time. The rainbow shown next to the waterfall made me remember how beautiful the earth is. I could breathe, feel, look, and all of that made me feel as if I were stepping on a cloud and I could hear every single little noise ever made. I saw parrots on the end of the branch and I saw a hawk flying in the sky. I looked back at the waterfall and back again at the hawk. I felt as if I were flying in the sky and flying free anywhere I would want to go. I touched the flowers there and they felt soft like touching a cloud. I wish I could be here and wake up hearing every day the sound of the water falling and seeing how beautiful it looks in the night and day. It got dark and the stars were shining brighter than anywhere I have ever seen. There were many stars that were shining bright making me feel as if I were already home in my cozy covers. I touched the water and I had never felt such amazing water. The water passed through my hands as I put my hand inside. The water felt as if I were touching the softest snow in the world. The water passed gently through my hands. The darker it got the waterfall had a glowing touch in it. The water was glowing the darker it got and the darker the more beautiful it looked. I stayed up until morning and saw the sunset. I saw a rainbow above the waterfall. That is how I would want to wake up every morning; to see a rainbow above the water and the shining stars gazing in the dark. I would want to breathe the fresh air coming from nature every day if I could. The river kept going and going and all I could was just hear how the little waves on the river were dancing and so were trees. I would never want to leave this wonderful place that has a gorgeous view.
