Mrrafil [7]

Answer:

1 hour and 30 minutes.

Step-by-step explanation:

While carrying her fancy 360-degree camera, a crew artist Sarah Jane can walk at a rate of 2 miles per hour.

We are asked to determine the time required by Sarah to walk to a place that is 3 miles away from her.

Since Sarah can walk at a rate of 2 miles per hour.

Hence, she walks 3 miles in \frac{3}{2} hours i.e. 1 hour and 30 minutes.  (Answer)

{Here we have used the unitary method assuming that Sarah walks at a constant rate}

V125BC [204]

Answer:

D) LM=12; QP=8

Step-by-step explanation:

12/18=(x-1)/(x+3)

cross multiply

12x+36=18x-18

36+18=18x-12x

54=6x

9=x

LM = x+3 = 9+3 = 12

QP = x-1 = 9-1 = 8

I need help with this question about Triangle Congruence Postulates...
Pavel [41]
In order to prove that the triangles are congruent by SAS (Side Angle Side) you would have to assume that side AB and AD are equal (isosceles triangle) so that the base angles, angle ABC and angle ADC are congruent. So once you know that two sides and the angle in between them are indeed congruent you can reason for SAS.
