Wow you're quite ambitious! While I'm not sure about the whole principal lists and extracurricular activities, I can tell you that although you may have honors such as academic honors or stem honors, colleges don't really look at those. So for honors you don't really need them. As for your SAT scores you need at least a 1,590 or higher to get in. I would recommend AP classes and early college ones as well since they save you quite a lot of money.
