There are different kinds of rules. The option that was ruled to be unconstitutional because it violated the 10th Amendment is AAA and NIRA.

Why was AAA and NIRA stated to be unconstitutional?

Agricultural Adjustment Administration (AAA) was an Act that informs farmers the amount of crops that they should produce and also subsidies would be paid to them for not farming om some of their land.

It was an Act that favored big farmers over smaller ones. The Supreme Court declared it unconstitutional, due to the fact that the government is said to have no constitutional right to require farmers to reduce production.

Other Act such as The National Industrial Recovery Act (NIRA) of 1933 was also declared unconstitutional.

The Supreme Court ruled that it has violated the Tenth Amendment. In 1935, the Supreme Court declared the NIRA unconstitutional, due to the fact that Congress had unconstitutionally given legislative power to the president to write the NRA codes.

yKpoI14uk [10]

The amount of trade made Mali the center of development.

Explanation:

Mali had the curse of the developed nation that had the resources and did not have other sense of business.

This often leaves the nation ripe for exploitation and that is exactly what had happened to Mali.

They had been at the center of a burgeoning trade and thus became the prize in the eye of the many who had been fighting for its control in Africa and from outside of Africa.

This meant that Mali was never to be in peace completely.
