Answer: One popular custom when going out is to be served tapas with a drink including wine and beer. Tapas is a skewer of food to accompany it. In central Spain tapas are given for free with a drink and have become very famous for that reason. They are usually taken standing up in the bar and it is very common to eat snacks in different places.
