Another is The Sherman Act was made to control irregular pricing of a product by a company. It simply tried to stop the monopoly nature of business. The interstate Commerce Act, on the other hand, tried to stop the railways from price discrimination. The railways often charged more for smaller products traveling for a shorter distance. During WW1 and WW2, German Americans were also segregated and discriminated, but it was much worse for Japanese-Americans probably because in WW1 the Japanese were on the Allied side with America, but in WW2, the Japanese switched sides to the Central Power with Germany.
