Trying to help my nephew with math been so long I forget how to do it . Arrange the numbers in increasing order. 8.08, 8.081, 8. 09, 8.008
2 answers:
So they all start with '8.0'so we can cross out that part and we are left with 8, 8.1, 9, 0.8 so 8.1 is more than 8 because it has '0.1' more than 8 9 is greater than 8 0.8 is less than all of them so the order from smallest to greatest (when we put the 8.0 back in) is 8.008, 8.08, 8.081, 8.09
Whatever the ones with the most numbers within add 0 on the end so they have the same amount of numbers. E.g 8.09 to make it easier to your nephew change it to 8.090.
The answer is: 8.008, 8.08, 8.081, 8.09
I hope this helps!
