Ever since, Cuba has been reclaiming the U.S. about this change. Although Cuba helped the U.S. during different wars, when no other country wanted to help the U.S, Cuba was the only country that decided to help the U.S. in these wars. Then Cuba became a partner of the U.S. for years. But in 1961, the U.S. decided to close all contact and negotiation with Cuba. And ever since there has been complete enmity between the two countries.
