Different regions of those countries had different cultural and historical backgrounds due to things like colonization and new establishment of borders and things like that. This led to various regions fighting for power over the entire country because they all believed that they would have the right to be in charge so a lot of civil wars happened in that area.<span />
Well this is what i would put The Versailles Treaty forced Germany to give up territory to Belgium, Czechoslovakia and Poland, return Alsace and Lorraine to France and cede all of its overseas colonies in China, Pacific and Africa to the Allied nations give there Air Force and most of there navy and army and pay over 132 billion dollars in damages from this it sparked a science of German imperialism and nationalism leading to the formation of the nazi party
