The definition of a source card, and i quote, is "index cards which are used to take note all the necessary information about the sources you have used. Source cards only contain the following contents: Author, Title of the Book, Place of Publication, Location of source and source number. Whereas, a library call number appears on a specific part of a book, e.g. spine of book, which are used as codes in order to easily locate the book in the library".
