No, a child’s behavior is not 100% to their parents.
Factors that can cause a child behavior:
1.how they are raised/ discipline received
2. Their mental and physical abilities (any type of disorders could affect behavior)
3. Their home life. Ex: divorced parents, abusive family, no family, lack of parenting, financial struggles etc
4. Although some of it could be from the parents genetically. Ex: if a parent has anger issue it could be passed down to child.
Hope this helps some!

Which part of the excerpt from William dean Howells editha uses figurative language
Serggg [28]

Answer:

I researched, and found this.

If you are talking about this passage :The air was thick with the war feeling, like the electricity of a storm which has not yet exploded. Editha sat looking out into the warm spring afternoon, with her lips parted, and panting with the intensity of the question whether she could let it go. She had decided that she could not let him stay, when she saw him at the end of the leafless avenue, making slowly up toward the house . . . . the answer is:A. The air was thick with the war feeling, like the electricity of a storm which has not yet exploded.
