Those who become Gammas or Deltas or Epsilons, are given less oxygen when they grow, making them have low mental abilities. Finally when the babies are born and growing up, more conditioning is applied. This has to be applied more times than once before the babies will truly hate nature. The last step of conditioning is when the children are asleep. They condition the children with hypnopedia.
