The last time I felt embarrassed was this morning, around 9:00 A.M. I felt this way because I tripped and fell backward onto someone at the gym while trying to get onto one of the workout machines. Me and the man both started laughing and apologizing for being in each other's way and he offered to help me with the machine. After he helped me, he mentioned that he had fallen off of the same machine more than once and I didn't feel so embarrassed anymore.

A personal example when i felt embarrassed was when i answered a question incorrectly.I felt embarrassed because i felt that the question should've been easy but i still didnt get it correct. How i recover from embarrassment i by calming down and try to reason with myself .
