Do you think that non-blacks should be able to attend HBCUs knowing that they were built so that blacks could receive an educati

on when they weren’t accepted into PWIs (predominantly white institutions)? Why or why not?

Answer: I think that any race should be able to attend at HBCU because its a free country. But whoever attends at HBCU have to meet the grade requirements that they have. You have to be required to fill out a application when you apply for an university.
