"President Cleveland, where are you?" is one of nine short stories in Robert Cormier's book "8 Plus 1" that was published in 1983. Historical but at the same time fictional genre, it makes an honest attempt to capture the spirit, the social conditions of the person or the time, which represent attention to detail and fidelity.
