Answer:

The first thing that most people would see, including myself, is the giraffe on fire.

The next thing I see is the lighted structures, which look apart to be an amusement park.

Based on the pattern of the structure, it looks like a type of Mexican/Brazilian ride.
You can't see much of the trees in the background but they look tropical.
