Why does the Supreme Court assert this fact?
astra-53 [7]

The Supreme Court affirms this fact to highlight the significance of equal access to education (option C).

What is Brown v. Board of Education?

The case Brown v. Board of Education is a well-known United States legal case in which the Court found that state laws establishing racial segregation in public schools were unconstitutional.

In this case, the Supreme Court ruled that Oliver Brown could enroll her daughter in the school closest to her home and did not have to enroll her in the segregated school that was much farther away.

With this decision, the Court set a precedent because it highlighted the significance of equal access to education.

Note: This question is incomplete because the fragment is missing. Here is the fragment:

In these days, it is doubtful that any child may reasonably be expected to succeed in life if he is denied the opportunity of an education.
