Answer:

Regular exercise and physical activity promotes strong muscles and bones. It improves respiratory, cardiovascular health, and overall health. Staying active can also help you maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk for type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and reduce your risk for some cancers.

There are numerous reasons people join a gym. For some of us, it's about packing on muscle to improve strength. Other members may be looking for a more natural energy boost than caffeine. And some simply want to treat their body with respect

Exercise helps you extend your life - that's a fact. It cuts your cancer risk in two, reduces the chances of heart disease, strokes, Type 2 diabetes and lowers risk of an early death by up to 30%.

The gym gives me the chance to move in all kinds of different ways, which is awesome. And most importantly, it all makes me feel good. It's even – dare I say it – kind of fun. It's fun to move in new ways

FrozenT [24]

Answer: She wanted to recapture mungo park of wonder and determination.

Explanation: Salak decided on the journey alone on a kayak, because she was hoping to recapture Mungo Park's sense of wonder and determination. Salak's trip was deeply a personal trip, which she used in sharing her fears.

Her main motive for undertaking the journey was to buy back the two Bella slave women.

Salak learns that after her difficult journey, her normal life is very repetitious and that her life on the river was unpredictable. She also felt like she was one with the river.

Which of the following sentences does not introduce a quotation correctly?
salantis [7]

Answer:

The chairman of the board: "We are meeting our goals for the quarter. How should we  best use our profits?"

Explanation:

The above sentence does not introduce a quotation correctly.

The quotation mark is known to be a punctuation mark that is used in setting off and representing exact language which was made by somebody else. The language made by the person may be written or spoken. We find the use of quotation marks in fictional work when it is used to designate speech acts.

In the above selected sentence, we see that the colon follows after "the chairman of the board" without clarifying if he is making the statement that follows after the colon.
