The Oxford English Dictionary provided some of the earliest examples of crowdsourcing. This is the correct answer if you're using PLATO.

lyudmila [28]

Answer:

d. external; internal

Explanation:

After the first science test, she attributed the reason of her bad grade to an external source: the teacher's competence.

After the second test, she attributed the reason of her good grade to an internal source: herself, her intelligence and her proficiency in science.

Was she right?  I don't think so... because if the teacher was the cause of the failing of the first test, how come the same teacher produced a whole different result on the second test?
