Answer:

Judaism: Would have been closer to Christianity, if there were not sever persecution of Jewish ethnic groups (Holocaust, just one example) and of the religion throughout history.

Christianity was spread across the world by European explores and conquerors, many people believing in Christianity like native Americans were forced to assimilate. (Think of Columbus, and Cortez, Spanish imperialism)

Hinduism was not spread nor was persecuted against hence it stayed where it was created and grew with that singular population. (More peaceful and spiritual, especially compared to Christianity)

Stells [14]

Answer:

The French and Indian War began in 1754 and ended with the Treaty of Paris in 1763. The war provided Great Britain enormous territorial gains in North America, but disputes over subsequent frontier policy and paying the war's expenses led to colonial discontent, and ultimately to the American Revolution. In 1774, the British Parliament passed a series of laws collectively known as the Intolerable Acts, with the intent to suppress unrest in colonial Boston by closing the port and placing it under martial law. In response, colonial protestors led by a group called the Sons of Liberty issued a call for a boycott. The Intolerable Acts were a series of laws passed by the British Parliament in the mid-1770s. The British instated the acts to make an example of the colonies after the Boston Tea Party, and the outrage they caused became the major push that led to the outbreak American Revolution in 1775.It was on December 16, 1773 that American rebels disguised themselves as Indians and threw 342 chests of British Tea into the Boston Harbor, paving the way for the American Revolution.

Helga [31]

Answer:

Populist party

Explanation:

The 16th amendment (graduated income tax) and 17th amendment (direct election of senators) were originally ideas of POPULIST PARTY (an 1890s successful 3rd party who never won a presidential election)

This is evident in the fact that though the Populist Party never won a Presidential election, they were more successful in influencing the political landscape of the United States during their existence.

Some other legacies of the Populist Party are:

1. expansion of currency and credit structure

2. Railroad legislation

3. Postal saving banks

4. Subtreasury plan.
