How are most native american tribes grouped?
oksano4ka [1.4K]

Answer:

d) by the language they speak

Explanation:

Most of the Native American tribes are grouped based on their language, thus using the linguistics as a method for creating connections between the groups. The linguistic groups by which the Native American tribes have been divided (specifically in North America) are:

- Algic; being the most dispersed of all, occupying the central and big portions of the eastern part of the continent.

- Iroquoian; occupying areas of the eastern part of the continent.

- Muskogan; being spoken in the southeastern part of what is now the United States.

- Siouan; mostly being represented in the central Great Plains region, with small enclave in the eastern coast as well.

- Uto-Aztecan; occupying the majority of the western and southwestern parts of the US, as well as small enclaves in Mexico.

- Athabaskan; being represented in the southwestern part of the US and northernmost part of Mexico.

- Salishan; a smaller linguistic group occupying the central western coastal region of the continent.

- Eskimo-Aleut; dispersed along the northern coastline of the continent and southern Greenland.

- Mayan; being spoken in the southern portions of Mexico.

There are also other linguistic groups, but they have much less speakers and occupy much smaller territories.

Luden [163]
What Jonas tried to transmit to Asher was a memory of the color red and to Lily and his Father he tried to transmit the memory of an elephant. In both cases he is unsuccessful and Asher gets uncomfortable and Lily says he is hurting her. Unlike Jonas they do not have the Capacity to see Beyond and that is why his attempts were unsuccessful.

How did the creation of the FDIC change the nature of banking in the United Stateside
mihalych1998 [28]

FDIC provided stability to the economy and the failing banking system.

Explanation:

FDIC is an insurance corporation started by the Federal Reserve. The Great Depression's effect by the stock market crash in 1912 existed until the Federal Reserve started this FDIC. The stock market crash resulted in the termination of many banks.

People started to run towards the banks to get their money back. FDIC was started by President Franklin D Rosevelt. It was created to cover the deposited amounts in the banks by the depositors. It provided stability for the country's economy and also the failing banks.

Also, prevented the banks and people from the bank failing panics. This led the banks to increase the lending money without a proportionate rise in the loan losses. That, in turn, resulted in a significant rise in the banks' assets.
