It wouldn’t be any of those- because its in point-slope form ( y-y1=m(x-x1) ) the slope is -2/3, then the -5 (y) turns to +5 because there’s 2 negatives- since the x is positive it stays subtraction

The Correct equation would be y+5=-2/3(x-4)
