<u>Efficient communicator: </u>The term "efficient communication" is determined as one of the different ways of communication in which the communication is considered as bi-directional, apart from the fact that communication can occur one-way as well. In effective communication the persons involved in it consists of good listening skills. However, an effective communicator always searches for some feedback and therefore also act or behave towards those feedback.
The ability to deliver a clear message in the least amount of time is known as the Efficient communication. if the message delivered by the communicator is received in an intended way is called efficient communication. Efficient communication is best used when we do not have much time to talk and want to deliver the desired message. Efficient communication is used in business for managing professional relationships.
