<h3>What was Decembrist Uprising?</h3>

<em>Decembrist Uprising</em> was seen during 1825 when people started protesting against the appointment of Nicholas I  in the government. It leads to the killing of several men and many were exiled by the army.

Therefore, it was due to the <u>pressure and encouragement</u> of opposing parties. However, the results were not desirable as the revolt failed as Nicholas was still appointed.
