How you know it is B is because An anecdote is a brief revealing account of an individual person which is what is happening here with Naar it is a brief revealing account about her and her eating. It does talk about the nutritionist however the main idea is about Naar and how she is beginning to do healthier eating and how she is managing to do that. Does not state anything about other people and reason why other people need to change there diet it only states how what she is doing.
