In this exercise we have to explain summer monsoons in india as volume of rain, which causes flooding, but also allows rice production, risculture.

What are summer monsoons?

During the summer, the humid air masses coming from the ocean favor the formation of clouds that precipitate in the form of strong storms during most of the year. For this reason, India – the main country affected by the monsoons – recorded the highest rainfall rates of all time.
Answer: Monsoons causes streets to flood and creates flooding situation everywhere that kills thousands of people and animals. Also, an excess amount of rainfall forces migration of the people living in the area closer to the river catchment. Also rain water causes excessive load onto the drainage system.
Well... The rain can cause a lot of vegetation to grow making a lot of food for herbivores which also leads to more food for the omnivores and carnivores in that area after the rainstorm. I hope this helps.
