4. Drink water after sugary sweets to help remove the sugar from your teeth after eating.

7. Stick with drinking water over all other drinks when possible to avoid sugar and staining your teeth.
8. When playing physics sports, wear a mouth guard to protect your permanent teeth.
9. At night, wear a mouth guard if you are grinding your teeth (have daytime headaches, cheek sores, etc).
10. Communicate with your dentist about any concerns you may have regarding your teeth and mouth such as bad breath, lose teeth, etc. A heathy mouth can affect your entire body.
