July 5, 1914: Germany Gives Austria-Hungary a “Blank Check” The “blank check” is an infamous episode in the history of the First World War; the first truly fatal error made by Germany – a promise of unconditional support for whatever action Austria-Hungary might take to punish Serbia.

Explanation:

I assume the question is about German and Japan aggression during World War II. Otherwise the other answer gave some good comparison in general already.

During World War II, German's aggression happened mostly in Europe and Africa while Japan's aggression was in Asia and the Pacific Islands. German warfare was ground actions when many of Japan's battles were fought by ships in seas. German was defeated by the joint forces of the Allied and Soviets. Japan surrendered after US dropped two atomic bombs.

How did the Soviet Union help the Chinese communist
aliina [53]

Answer:

The Sino-Soviet split (1956–1966) was the breaking of political relations between the People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR), caused by doctrinal divergences that arose from their different interpretations and practical applications of Marxism–Leninism.

Explanation:It was founded in 1921, chiefly by Chen Duxiu and Li Dazhao. The party grew quickly, and by 1949 it had driven the Kuomintang (KMT)'s nationalist government from mainland China after the Chinese Civil War, leading to the establishment of the People's Republic of China.
