Answer:

1) X= 9 because you add the three sides then subtract 60 by that number

2)X=15 solve this the same way as number 1

3)X= 44 same as question 1 and 2

4) Add up the numbers 39 +72+89 then subtract 251 by the number you get when adding the three numbers

5) when you add the three side lengths 90ft, 110ft, and 100ft you will get 300ft done so if her friend added 80 to the fourth and final side she would have more than a total of 360ft. so Heather is incorrect.

6) you add the three measures 227, 381,and 294 then subtract 1221 by the sum of the three measures added together which should get you 319 for the other side length.

Calculate the alope of the line using two different pairs of points
ycow [4]

Answer:

The slope of the line between two points (-1, 2) and (-2, -4) will be:

m=6

Step-by-step explanation:

Considering the points

 • (-1, 2)
 • (-2, -4)

\mathrm{Slope\:between\:two\:points}:\quad \mathrm{Slope}=\frac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}

\left(x_1,\:y_1\right)=\left(-1,\:2\right),\:\left(x_2,\:y_2\right)=\left(-2,\:-4\right)

m=\frac{-4-2}{-2-\left(-1\right)}

m=6

So, the slope of the line between two points (-1, 2) and (-2, -4) will be:

m=6

Hey!~

To get the answer all you would need to do is divide 589/31=19.
If you round $19 dollars up, the closest number would be $20. The answer is B. $20.00.

Hope this helps and have a great day!

Which of the following could be an interior angle measure of a regular polygon?
Scrat [10]
Correct answer is C.

Formula for the sum of interior angles of a regular polygon is S_n=(n-2)180^o, where S_n is the sum of interior angles and n is the number of sides of the regular polygon. Check by substituting the given values.

The measure of an interior angle of a regular polygon is equal to \frac{S_n}{n}.

The equation \frac{S_n}{n}=\alpha, where \alpha is the measure of the interior angle of a regular polygon, must have positive integer solution for n. Check for \alpha=150^o.

\frac{S_n}{n}=150^o
\\\frac{(n-2)180^o}{n}=150^o
\\(n-2)180^o=150^on
\\180^on-360^o=150^on
\\30^on=360^o
\\n= \frac{360^o}{30^o}
\\n=12
