What do i check in a book to make sure it is a valuable source?
AveGali [126]
Usually if information is used from other sources, it cited in the back of the book. They would cite what info was taken and used. You could always check there to see if it's accurate. Usually it's labeled as "Works Cited".

Which best characterizes existentialism? Select all that apply.
umka21 [38]

The correct options are options C ("A belief that the individual is isolated from a higher authority"), and D ("A belief that disregards religion").

Existentialism is a philosophical stance which regards the individual's free will and responsability for his actions above all things. It proposes that existence preceeds essence meaning that our actions are what defines our value and purpose, instead of an arbitrary or imposed external system like religion or common morality.
