Usually phobias are personal fears and may be differ from each individual. In our community, xenophobia is viewed differently, and mostly, it is being generalized. For example, the thought of having Arabs as bosses for overseas jobs already creates distrust and the fear that they might be maltreated or abused. This is mostly common among our overseas workers and would rather look for jobs in different countries.
