Being bias implies that one's view is opinionated or subjective and it will be devoid of general interest. Hence, the submission on the following:

Research Subject: advantages of a vegetarian diet

 • Source: An expert on nutrition (bias)

Research Subject: harmful effects of television

 • Source: A study by Disney Channel (bias)

Research Subject: lowering the drinking age

 • Source: A report from the National Transportation Safety Board (bias)

Research Subject: the death penalty

 • Source: An interview with an inmate on death row (bias)

Research Subject: use of animals in medical experiments

 • Source: A speech by an animal rights activist (bias)

In conclusion, the above named sources are very likely to be bias considering the fact that their opinions will only be rendered towards their interest.

If you were a Chinese migrating to Canada in the 1900s, describe how you would have felt living in Canada and why?
Alex

Answer: If I were a Chinese person moving to Canada in the 1900s, I would feel like an outsider in Canada.

Explanation: I would feel like an outsider because it's a completely different country altogether. My traditions and beliefs would clash with Canadians. I would most likely get treated differently because I'm of a different race than them. However, it would give me certain freedoms that I didn't have in China, which would be a major advantage of migrating there. Not to mention how sad it is to leave your home and go to a place you're unsure of.

Have a great day! :)
