Answer:

Exploring my backyard,

something that I rarely ever do.

I noticed a branch from the tall tree

dancing to the music of the wind.

Swish! Swash! I listened to the tree.

I stepped closer to examine.

My eyes bolted to meet the twinkling

eyes of what happened to be a squirrel.

So alarmed yet so tranquil, an unintentional

staring contest had arisen,

I hadn't noticed how close I had gotten to

the squirrel,

I reached my hand out, as she still did not

move. The wind let out a peaceful howl.

I blinked, and gone was she.

Explanation:

Here is a poem I wrote for you about my encounter with a squirrel a week ago lol. 100% mine. You're welcome.

Answer:

What the poem is about - It's about a persons encounter with a bee. They're describing the bee, which seems to be sleeping or dying in the cold. They picked up the bee but it stung them so they let go of it and it fell to the ground. They describe how the bee was like and how they felt at the moment.

The question asks to describe your own interaction with an animal. It doesn't have to be like this poem that they've given but can be based on your own expirences. Such as meeting a dog, seeing a cat, walking by a rat even. They want you to describe the feeling. E.G - If you're scared of rats, write about your feelings when you first saw one. - Why were you scared? Did your feelings change at any point? Did the Rat have the same reaction (of fear) as you? Etc.

The tips they've stated are to help ypu add techniques to the work. I doubt ypu have to absolutely add them, since they're just tips. But adding them could make the writing seem more advanced and complex if used right.

Hope this helps!

What would you say is your greatest talent or skill? How have you developed and demonstrated that talent over time? In 350 words
blondinia [14]
I believe my greates skill is drawing. Throughout my life, I have gone from a young child who scribbles with crayons to an artist interesting in the sketches of M.C. Esher and other artists. I think it hit me, that I loved drawing, when my lower school art teacher, (insert name), taught me about Henri Matisse. She had read us one of his books and I was enamored with the illustrations! I just couldnt get over it. I later came over to her and asked if I could borrow the book. She told me I had to take special care of it and return it the next day. Oh! How I was excited! I spent the rest of the day turning the pages and looking at the drawings, watching them come alive in my mind. My mother found me with the book later that night and promptly signed me up for a drawing class. Yes, that was the day a started my drawing career. I wish I remembered the book title! (Teachers name) really changed the way I viewed art and gave me the inpiration to improve my drawing.
