Hello!

Here is the format for present progressive verbs: Subject + [Estar] + [Verb].

The verb "estar" is changed depending on the subject. (yo = estoy, ellos = están)
If the "verb" ends in -AR, then it is changed to -ANDO.
If the "verb" ends in -ER or -IR, then it is changed -IENDO. 
The "verb" after "estar" ALWAYS has the same ending for each subject, including vosotros (as you can see in the following answers).

1. Ana está buscando un apartamento en el centro de ciudad. 
2. Vamos a ver a mis primos que están comiendo en el café de la esquina. 
3. Yo estoy empezando a entender muy bien el español. 
4. Miguel y Elena están viviendo en un apartamento en la playa.
5. El amigo de Antonio está trabajando en la oficina hoy.
6. Tú estás jugando al Monopolio con tu sobrina y su amiga. 
7. Las familias están teniendo muchos problemas con los hijos adolescentes.
8. El inspector de aduanas está abriendo las maletas de Ramón.
9. Nosotros estamos pensando en ir de vacaciones a Costa Rica.
10. Mi compañera de cuarto está estudiando en la biblioteca esta tarde.
