The linen or laundry personnel is responsible for disposing or
laundering uniforms contaminated with blood or other infectious materials.
These employees should wear protective gloves and other appropriate personal
protective equipment before handling the laundry. Then, he/she must
bagged the contaminated laundry and label it or use a color –coding containers
so that other facility can recognize its health hazard.
I would think it would depend on the situation. Basic first aid may be all that is required for certain wounds or accidents. In other circumstances it should be administered until a trained professional can take over.

Hemoglobin is the protein which carries oxygen by binding to it. Hemoglobin is found in red blood cells. This protein is extremely important as it allows respiration to be carried out, and transports oxygen to the rest of our bodies.
Oxygen diffuses from the alveoli (in our lungs) through capillaries into the blood. From there, the hemoglobin in the blood will take the oxygen, and bring it to the other parts of the body which need it. This also allows continued diffusion into the capillaries.
