Answer: The colors

Explanation:

Since I have to choose, I will write an essay about the colors.

Colors are one of the main components of the image. Artists can show viewers with colors what is the key that the image is showing. With the appropriate colors, the artist can achieve some of the effects, for example, shadow or geometric elements. There are three main components of the color and those are Saturation, Hue, and Luminance.

With the hue, the artist can show us what in the image has domination or he can show, for example, the redness of red color. With the luminance, he can show the intensity of the light and shadows. With saturation, he can show us how much white or yellow is in the image and how those colors are pure.

With those colors, the artist can also show emotions that he was wanting to point in the image and also the main purpose of it.

The red color is often showing passion and energy, green is showing balance and growth, blue is often showing trust, success, orange is showing motivation and optimism(also yellow), white is showing simplicity and pureness.

Besides expressing emotions, colors can show the decorative beauty of the image. Some studies are talking about our moods and the colors in the image, the say that the dark one is causing dark moods and feelings and that they can make us glum, while light and bright images can make us feel happy or calm. Artists can also have their own perception and theory of the colors that they will use in images and that will make their images recognizable.
