Answer: Usually when we think of working out it's great for your overall health, but while being sick it is best to lay down and let your body fight off the sickness. by working out your body heat is not going to produce much and it is easy to pass on your sickness to others it would be best to lay low in the situation.

Here Are Some Things That Might Help:

vova2212 [387]

I would look for

 1. Signs of respiratory distress or irregular sounds coming from the respiratory system (coughing, sneezing,wheezing,etc)
 2. Skin color, redness or other clue on the surface of the patient's skin.
 3. Signs of dizziness, lack of awareness, drowsiness, and the general way the patient appears. Do they appear sick, do they appear depressed, anxious, etc.

Hope this helps!

The formulae for finding the surface area of a sphere os given by A=4 pi Rsquared. calculate the radius of the sphere whose surf
Helen [10]

Answer: 7cm

Explanation:

The surface area of a sphere is calculated by using the formula:

A = 4πr²

Since the surface area is 616cm², using the formula given, the radius will be calculated thus:

A = 4πr²

616 = 4 × 22/7 × r²

616 = 88/7 × r²

Multiply both side by 7/88

616 × 7/88 = 88/7 × 7/88 × r²

49 = r²

r = ✓49

r = 7

The radius is 7cm

Illusion [34]

Epstein shares a demonstration comparing 1936 sprinter Jesse Owens to current sprinter Usain Bolt, so the role of biomechanics is to assess inertia overcoming, acceleration phase and deceleration phase. To understand more about the subject, we must know this. ....

Overcome inertia

The greater the athlete's mass, the greater his inertia. That's why strong muscles to generate explosive force capable of overcoming inertia. Reaction Time (RT) – reaction time to the stimulus (sound) at the start

The acceleration phase

It is no use for an athlete to accelerate a lot (maximization) because he will have difficulties in the deceleration (maximized) phase.

Each athlete and their coach have to identify their optimal acceleration, because only then you will also get a great deceleration.

Why does everyone slow down?

They cannot generate driving forces greater than the dissipative forces, this determines the decrease in speed in the final 2/3 of the race.

The kinetic energy of the sprinters at the moments of finals of the test is lower.

TEC – Kinetic Energy Theorem:

 • Ec = FR

With this information, we can conclude that all runners use biomechanics to assess the overcoming of inertia, acceleration phase and deceleration phase.
